Yes — tourists are welcome. For car rentals:

• Valid Category B driving licence
• Passport or national ID
• 3+ years driving experience normally expected

A valid driving licence for the vehicle category and your passport or national ID. For non-EU driving licences, an International Driving Permit is recommended alongside the national licence.

Correct motorcycle licence required; confirm eligibility before booking. Africa Twin and Moto Morini X-Cape 650 require category A. CRF300L Rally and Voge 300 Rally require A2 or A. For 125cc scooters, category A1 or B may be accepted where legally accepted.

Minimum age is 21. For cars, a valid category B driving licence and passport or national ID are required. 3+ years driving experience is normally expected; selected exceptions may be considered after confirmation. For motorcycles and scooters, the licence category and experience depend on the motorcycle.

Both. The Mercedes A-Class, Audi A4, VW Passat GT, Mercedes CLA, Peugeot 5008, and Citroën C4 are automatic; the Renault Megane is manual. Each car's page states it clearly.

Yes. A second driver can be added on request. They need to meet the same eligibility requirements.

Helmets and phone holders are available for our motorcycle fleet. Luggage or top boxes can also be arranged on compatible models. Ask us on WhatsApp before booking and we'll confirm what is available for your motorcycle.

Only where it is permitted and agreed for the right motorcycle. The CRF300L Rally and Voge 300 Rally are built for gravel and trails, but off-road misuse is not covered. If you are unsure, ask us before booking.

We have two identical units of the Voge SR1 125, SR1 ADV 125, and Voge 300 Rally, so couples and friends can rent matching bikes and ride together. Book early in summer.

Car security deposits vary by vehicle model and are shown on each car page. Motorcycle deposits apply only to the Honda CRF300L Rally, Moto Morini X-Cape 650, and Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin. We accept cash payments in EUR or ALL, Visa/Mastercard payments, and bank transfer for advance bookings.

Basic casco insurance is included, but it is not full coverage. It covers road accident damage with the customer’s responsibility limited according to the security deposit and rental conditions. It does not cover tyres, windows/glass, underbody damage, lost or damaged keys, irresponsible use, prohibited off-road misuse, fines, penalties, or traffic violations.

Fuel policy is usually full-to-full or same-to-same, depending on the vehicle handover. The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as received. If it is returned with less fuel, a refuelling charge may apply.

Vehicles are intended for use inside Albania unless prior written approval is given.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before pickup can be cancelled free of charge. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, any reservation deposit already paid may be retained, or a charge equivalent to at least one rental day may apply depending on the confirmed booking terms.
