Rental terms

01General rental conditions

• —Every rental is agreed individually on WhatsApp before pickup: vehicle, dates, price, and deposit in writing.
• —At handover we inspect the vehicle together and photograph its condition. Both sides keep the photos.
• —The vehicle may only be driven by the named driver(s) agreed at booking.
• —Use the vehicle normally and legally. Off-road riding is allowed only where permitted, on suitable motorcycles, and when agreed in advance.

02Required documents

• —A valid driving licence held for the vehicle's category.
• —Passport or national ID.
• —For cars: minimum age 21. A valid category B driving licence and passport or national ID are required. 3+ years driving experience is normally expected; selected exceptions may be considered after confirmation.
• —For non-EU driving licences, an International Driving Permit is recommended alongside the national licence.

03Driver license requirements

• —Cars: valid category B driving licence required.
• —125cc scooters: category A1 or B, where legally accepted.
• —Honda CRF300L Rally and Voge 300 Rally: category A2 or A.
• —Moto Morini X-Cape 650 and Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin: category A.
• —Correct motorcycle licence required; confirm eligibility before booking.

04Age requirements

• —Cars: minimum age 21. 3+ years driving experience is normally expected; selected exceptions may be considered after confirmation.
• —Motorcycles and scooters: 21+ standard; licence category and experience depend on the motorcycle.

05Car security deposits

• —Renault Megane 2010: €200.
• —Peugeot 5008 2013: €200.
• —Mercedes-Benz CLA 2014: €300.
• —Audi A4 2017: €300.
• —Mercedes-Benz A-Class 220 4MATIC 2020: €500.
• —Volkswagen Passat GT 2018: €400.
• —Citroën C4 2006: confirm on WhatsApp.
• —Car security deposits vary by vehicle model. The deposit is paid or held at the start of the rental and is returned in full when the vehicle is returned in the agreed condition, with no new damage or unpaid charges.

06Motorcycle security deposits

• —Honda CRF300L Rally 2025: €400.
• —Moto Morini X-Cape 650 2024: €300.
• —Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin 2018: €500.
• —All other motorcycles and scooters in the current fleet have no deposit requirement.

07Payment methods

• —We accept cash payments in EUR or ALL, Visa/Mastercard payments, and bank transfer for advance bookings.

08Insurance & coverage

• —Basic casco insurance is included.
• —Basic casco is not full coverage.
• —Basic casco insurance covers road accident damage with the customer’s responsibility limited according to the security deposit and rental conditions.
• —It does not cover tyres, glass/windows, underbody damage, lost or damaged keys, irresponsible use, prohibited off-road misuse, fines, penalties, or traffic violations.

09Fuel policy

• —Fuel policy is usually full-to-full or same-to-same, depending on the vehicle handover.
• —The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as received.
• —If it is returned with less fuel, a refuelling charge may apply.

10Pickup & return

• —Pickup point: Rr. Muhamet Deliu, 1062, Tirana.
• —Airport, hotel, or custom pickup may be requested and must be confirmed in advance on WhatsApp.
• —Pickups and returns outside standard timing can be arranged only by prior agreement.

11Late returns

• —A free grace period of up to 30 minutes may be allowed with prior notice.
• —Returns delayed by more than 1 hour without prior notice may be charged as one full additional rental day.

12Damage & responsibility

• —Report any damage or incident to us immediately on WhatsApp.
• —The renter is responsible for new damage, missing items, traffic fines, penalties, misuse, and costs not covered by the included basic casco insurance.
• —Responsibility is assessed according to the rental agreement, vehicle condition report, and security deposit.

13Cross-border travel

• —Vehicles are intended for use inside Albania unless prior written approval is given.

14Cancellations

• —Cancellations made at least 72 hours before pickup can be cancelled free of charge.
• —For cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, any reservation deposit already paid may be retained, or a charge equivalent to at least one rental day may apply depending on the confirmed booking terms.

15Motorcycle gear & accessories

• —Helmets and phone holders are available for our motorcycle fleet. Luggage or top boxes can also be arranged on compatible models. Ask us on WhatsApp before booking and we'll confirm what is available for your motorcycle.
• —We recommend bringing proper footwear and a jacket; mountain weather changes fast.
